Well Hello

            I’m just checking in with my friends, followers, and supporters who checks in on my site to see what’s new happening with Elijah!

             I truly do appreciate the love, support, and gratitude you all continue to bestow on me!

             Well it’s another month done passed I’m still frustrated, hopeless and helpless, I’ve tried contacting my incompetent attorney Mr Kurt Wentz! But  as usual I have not got a response back from him yet!  I wont give up on my end I’m going to continue to send Mr Wentz letters even if he does not answer back, I’m also making copies so I’l have proof if he ever tries to state I never wrote him!

             But what I am working on now is trying to get Mr Wentz off my Habeas corpus writ! So what I need from my friends, followers and supporters I really need your help!  I need for you all to either write, call, or email the State Bar of Texas and make a complaint against Mr Wentz on my behalf!

I would like for you all to explain in your complaint that you along with Elijah Joubert would like for Mr Wentz to be Removed from my Habeas corpus writ, because Mr Wentz is not fulfilling his attorney procedures and duties as Mr Jouberts Attorney! Also let the State Bar of Texas know in your complaint that Mr Wentz wont even write or respond to Mr Elijah Joubert’s letters and Mr Wentz never visits Elijah whenever Mr Joubert writes Mr Wentz and requesting an Attorney Visit! Also explain in the complaint those type of acts from Mr Wentz are acts of incompetence and unethical  as an Attorney, so we are requesting that Mr Wentz be removed from Mr Jouberts Habeas corpus writ and an Attorney be placed on Mr Joubert Habeas corpus writ, that is competent and ethical as an Attorney.

          Alot of people may not believe that this type of action will work, but I’m here to tell the State Bar of Texas takes all complaints serious made against Incompetent Attorney’s.

           Thats why I want to bombard the State Bar of Texas with outside complaints so the State Bar of Texas will see and realise I have people also on the outside who’s also concerned about this problem I’m having with Mr Wentz.

           I would like for everyone to either write, call or Email the State Bar of Texas and make an complaint, But if you can do all three please do, that would be so appreciated of you!  But do what you can and know that whatever you do will also be so appreciated. I will keep you all posted and let you all know what happens.

TOPIC 1: DO YOU THINK A PERSON WHETHER FEMALE OR MALE CAN LOVE TWO PEOPLE INTIMATELY AT THE SAME TIME?

Alot of you browse my blogsite are pretty familiar with who I am and my situation.But for those of you who are not familiar with me and may have just come across my blogsite! I’m sitting on Texas Death Row- The killing machine, fighting for my life and freedom! But most of the time you the People do not really know what you read and hear from the picture the media has painted of that person. But what I’m going to do, each month I’m going to all you the people to come into my life and share my world.! Im going to allow you to see for yourself the human being in me, and who I am as a person, what I’m going to do is share with you my views, beliefs and opinions, so you can see I’m Human just like everyone else thats out in society living their lives!

Im Just like you all, I have a heart and feelings, I like to laugh, and have Fun, and Im not perfect which I’ve made a mistake that may cost me my life at the hands of the killing machine in Texas!

But I want to operate a blog that uplifting, encouraging and also inspirational! I want this blog to be a place where people can come in Peace, women, men and teenagers, and we can share our views beliefs and also opinions through dialogue conversations with peace and understanding! I want everyone who log on to this blogsite to understand and realize that we are all human beings mature human beings at that, so we as human beings are entitled to our own views, beliefs and personal opinions in life!

It doesn’t mean that we are right or wrong, it just means that we as humans beings may see things in life differently, due to what we have seen and how we were raised in Life! But two people having different views, beliefs, and opinions dont make wither person no better than the other and no lesser than the next person. All it does is shows that we all come from different cultures, environments and backgrounds, so we wont always agree and see things the same way in Life! But here on this blogsite we going to come in union and peace and respect each others views, beliefs and opinions on life!

Now I must say since I’ve been here on Death Row some other guys and myself here are constantly in dialouge and have had some very interesting conversation on some very interesting topics over the years! So what I am going to do is bring you the people into our Death Row Society and share with you, some of our Dialouge conversations and topics we have been having here on Texas Death Row!

The Topic I’m going to share with you this month is A topic that always gets the dudes fired up here on death row! So I want to see what your view the people on this topic. I would like to hear your views or leave a comment your view on this topic, I would like to hear and read all your comments and views Ok so here is the first topic

DO YOU THINK A PERSON WHETHER FEMALE OR MALE CAN LOVE TWO PEOPLE INTIMATELY AT THE SAME TIME?

I would love to hear your comments on this topic, but here is my own personal opinion of this question. Before I go any further lets get it understood this is my view and it doenst make me right or wrong!

Yes I do believe a person can love two people intimately at the same time, because love is an emotional feeling of affection, two people share by bonding and communicating! You can love those two people. For different reasons such as you may have one person yu love because that persons makes you feel secure and safe when you’re with them, and that person understands you as a person and you can talk about anything! But this person is too serious with no sense of humor no excitement or adventure side of theirself! But then on the other hand you have this other person you love because they are up beat, they make you feel special, they shower you with attention and affection while making you smile and keeping you happy! This person here is exciting, and fun to be around and just brings out the happy spirits in you! So you basically love those two people for different reasons.

I know some people will try to address this topic from a religious standpoint, and will say no you Cant love two people at the same time because its wrong! But right now id did not ask was it right or wrong, I only asked do you think a person can love two people intimately at the same time, but even if a person chose to use that type of approach from a religious standpoint, I would like to point out something from a religious standpoint, In the beginning of a time back in the B.C days before Christ, under religious laws man was allowed to have multiple wives and concubines who they loved ook care and provided for just like their 1^st wife. So way back in the B.C. Time you could love two people intimately at the same time Ok I’m going to go now but I really want to read and hear everyones thoughts on this topic. Also if anyone wants to ask me a question direct or to get my personal opinion then you can also write to me direct if you do not want to leave a comment.

I know a lot of you all are true compassionate people at heart, so it’s only in your nature to care and have compassion for human beings who are being mistreated and opposed! But a lot of you don’t truly know about or understand the struggle of prison life or the “ANTI DEATH PENALTY MOVEMENT”! Prison life is harsh and cruel and the living conditions are unjust and inhumane! Then me being in my situation on Death Row and in a cell 22 hours a day is mental torture. Then on top of all that I’m Dealing with depression, abandonment and loneliness, due to my family and friends have abandoned me and left me for dead!

I’m here on Death Row all alone and on my own!

It’s very frustrating because I’m in need of my basic needs and necessities to survive here in prison. I’m basically hopeless and helpless because the prison don’t allow me to work, so I have no means or way to provide for myself while in prison! Which leaves me and forces me to ask for help and support from family and friends, but that option is not working because my family and friends don’t help or support me at all through this struggle in prison! So now I have no one I’m here on my own!

But I really need help and support to get through the prison struggle! I would not ask for help or support if I didn’t really need help or support! Right Now I’m in need and need anyone who’s on my page as a friend to be willing to help me out a little bit through this struggle! I also need support and help mentally to get me through the day at mail!! So I’m calling out to all my new friends on my websites, blogs and facebook I’m in need of y’alls help and support I need letters, pictures, and visits to help me get through these hard times.

You really don’t understand how much a letter, picture and visits mean to a person in prison (death row) Those type of things surely does make a person’s day and life better.

I do not have internet access personally, so I can not hop online and kick it with my friends on my website or facebook etc when I want to, so I’m asking can we kick it through snail mail?

I am also asking can you spare some donations of $5 or $10 a month to help, so I’ll be able to get soap, lotions, toothpaste deodorants and stationery things that help me survive here.

Elijah has been on Texas Deathrow since January 2005. Elijah needs all the  support he can get. Even if its a letter. Elijah is also looking for Penpals to build Friendships with. As being on Texas Deathrow in solitary confinement for 22 and a half hours a day its a lonely place, and letters is always needed.
